Raise Funds for CRCB!

As a charity, we have to work hard to raise the money we need to do our vital work. We hold regular events, including raffles, garden parties, concerts and bazaars, and one of the best ways to help is to come along and join in!

But you can also raise funds for the charity either on your own or with a group. Here are some suggestions:

  • Do a sponsored event, anything from a walk to a skydive, a marathon to a head shave. Find a challenge or a dare – something you would enjoy, or that would give you a real sense of achievement – then get in contact with us and we’ll help you with publicity, social media, how to get sponsorship, even a T-shirt!
  • Do an event with your work colleagues, or the gang down the pub: maybe a bake sale, a dress-down day or a dress-up day. How about a darts tournament, a quiz or a games night. Get people involved, get them to pay to take part. We’ll support you with promotional items, information and even the odd prize or two. Consider adopting the charity for a year – companies have raised thousands for us this way.
  • Simply have one of our collecting boxes at reception, on the bar or in the tea room, maybe just one at home for somewhere to put your small change when you empty your pockets at night. You’ll always get a thank you from us.
