🚨 KEEP ON RUNNING 🚨 One of our amazing supporters, Sam is taking on the London Marathon to raise vital funds for us! 🏃‍♂️ On 27th April he will run the 26.2 mile course, passing by many famous landmarks and cheers as he goes. Sam is currently in training and says "CRCB does amazing work supporting blind and partially sighted people in the Coventry area. I first learned about the charity through my wife, Helen, who serves as a Trustee of the charity. Over a decade ago, I also volunteered with CRCB and saw first-hand the vital impact they have....

On Monday our Creative Group went out for a fancy afternoon tea at the beautiful St Mary's Guildhall. Everyone had a fun and festive afternoon.

I am well overdue in thanking and congratulating Julia, who is visually impaired, for raising £82 in November by selling her beautifully crocheted poppies. The funds were divided between CRCB and the Poppy Appeal. Thank you Julia - the poppies were lovely!

The 2024 Winter Warmer was a lovely occasion, despite the terrible weather! Thank you to everyone who came out on a wet and windy day and to all our amazing volunteers and our dedicated staff team, who pulled out all the stops to make sure it happened. Hello from Poland! 🇵🇱 Tomorrow I (Claire) will compete in my first ever international Showdown tournament, representing Great Britain (and of course CRCB) 🇬🇧 CRCB got a Showdown table six months ago and we’ve been overwhelmed by the amount of people that have taken an interest in the sport. As a result we have a league team and a social team at the centre. Mike died recently after a long illness and will be much missed by us all. We send our love and condolences to Jill and all of Mike's family.
