Sometimes we all need a bit of help to do things – and some of them, like applying for benefits or managing a situation where you may have been treated unfairly, can be that much more difficult if you have a visual impairment. A little help at the right moment will save a lot of time and trouble later.

Our staff will use their wide range of skills and knowledge to support you where your sight might make things difficult and to advocate for you when necessary. And if we can’t sort it out for any reason, we almost always know someone else who might.
